Flying Whales Over a Distant Cityscape
There is just something very fascinating about flying whales; not only that, but people riding on them would be even more bizarre. I always had a thing for science fiction, and when it comes to designing your own, the sky’s the limit. In my design, the sky is literally the limit.
I gathered images of whales in the ocean and propped them up onto the blue sky; with some lighting adjustments, they fit in just nicely. Then I found horseback riders, simply removed the horses, and sat them right on the backs of my flying sea creatures. To top it all off, I implemented a city underneath them to add to the dramatic effect and used features on Photoshop to push it into the background, making my final composite both immersive and a little mysterious.
